There are several things which will defeat the Sun Guard Sunshade and your warranty. Driving into any immovable object such as trees, walls, doorways or any other overhead obstruction. You would be well advised to take your chain saw and remove limbs from trees in your normal mowing area to allow for clearance. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE SUNSHADE SHELL SHOULD NOT BE TRAILED OVER THE ROAD WITHOUT FIRST INSTALLING A TIE DOWN STRAP OVER THE TOP.
The Sunshade is not intended to be used in any operating mode whereby the possibility of falling objects might occur. This unit while having a great deal of static strength is not intended as an overhead safety shield. IT IS NOT FOPS CERIFIED.
